Office Closed to the Public

BCRD Office will be closed to the public until further notice.

Due to current health concerns and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the Road Department will be closed to the public effective 4pm on 3/20/2020.

Berrien County Road Department continues to monitor the recommendations being made by county, state, and national health officials.

The public is reminded that they can continue to conduct business with BCRD by:

  • Visiting www.bcroad.org

  • Submitting a road service request online through our website or by phone;

  • Calling (269) 925-1196, Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.;

  • Permit requests and permit questions: weighmaster@bcroad.org;

  • Job openings and applications can be found on the County’s website: www.berriencounty.org/581/Employment;

  • Following BCRD on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

Normal business will continue to take place behind the scenes. This is an effort to keep our staff and crews healthy and available for important road maintenance.

If you have previously scheduled meetings with Road Department staff, you are encouraged to contact us to make accommodations.
